Last week, I was in Argentina due to some family issues and I took advantage to set up a small workshop to see how leaders work there. The experience was successful, 20 Argentine leaders attended the workshop during the day.
I have to recognize that I was not sure if people would come to the workshop. I left Argentina 10 years ago, and I lost a lot of contacts. However, I put all my effort into what I can control or do. I did a partnership with Patricia Kistenmacher. She added a lot of value; it was really a pleasure work with her. Of course, she was very well organized (something that sometimes I am not able to do).
With Patricia, we decided to split the day into 2 half day workshops. The formula worked very well. People left us very good feedback/comments. We also received good points to improve our next workshop.
I also don’t want to forget our sponsor; it took care of the room to facilitate this workshop. I want to say Thank You to SUMMA Technologiae for the trust in our work from the very beginning.
This is an extract of what some of the participants had to say after the workshop (Translated from Spanish):
I could see few things that I assumed were not my fault; I blamed others for that; however, the workshop opened my eyes to see it in a different way. Now, I know that if I want to fix it, I need to take the responsibility on my own to do that.
In this special workshop format, I could see the simple things that I have to fix to improve. Thank you for presenting this format to me.
I took a few clear and powerful exercises with me to do with my teams. The workshop added value for me as a person and as a professional. It also will add value to my teams as soon as I apply the ideas/concepts/exercises I got today. Thank you for this outside of the box workshop format.
As usual, here you will find few pictures about this event.
If you want to know more about it, you can contact us to get a free talk about how we can help you in your organization.
Thank you,
