Today, I want to share few pictures to give you an idea what a Lego serious play workshop looks like. A lot of people asked me what I do in those sessions, or what the people do there. I am sure that few pictures are better than 1000 words.

Enjoy this gallery of pictures from one of my LSP workshops:

Those are only one short demonstration of what we do there. The amount of great ideas that 30-50 people could create in a two days’ workshop is amazing. The result of the workshop is a “real” plan where you get the full commitment of your employees and they are able to execute.

LEGO Serious Play also give you the clarity needed to address the more complex issues. Remember that today’s organizations have complex issues, and sooner or later, people need to commit to the solution and apply it. If you need to get that commitment, or if you need to get the thoughts of every single person around the table, I can help you.

If you are curious, or you have a bunch of questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thanks,

Omar
